The Role Join a dedicated HR team in this operational position combining payroll processing and HR administration to support smooth people operations across the region. Assisting with end-to-end payroll processing including wages, allowances, superannuation, leave, deductions, and terminations Respond to employee queries on pay, entitlements, and leave matters Support on-boarding, off-boarding, contract variations, and accurate employee record maintenance Assist with worker's compensation claims, return-to-work coordination, and related stakeholder liaison Contribute to compliance activities, reporting, audits, policy support, and process enhancements Process and reconcile related invoices while ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality The Candidate An organised professional with payroll experience and HR exposure, ready to deliver accurate operational support in a dynamic, deadline-driven setting.
